  • Damaged Products: In the case of damaged products, please notify us via email within 7 days, providing pictures of the damage, shipping label, and both internal and external packaging to ensure a smooth refund process.

Regrettably, we do not offer exchanges due to the high shipping costs associated with items of this size.


  • If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • In cases where the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about the return.

  • Delivery Process: We address your item exactly as you provide it. When the product reaches the destination country, your local postal office will take over the distribution for delivery. If any issues arise after the product reaches your destination country, please contact your local postal office for assistance.
  • Multiple Shipments: In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple shipments. This is done to optimize shipping and delivery times for your convenience.
  • Import and Taxes: Please note that the consignee authorizes Popnook to import the goods on their behalf. The consignee will be responsible for paying the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods. In some cases, Popnook may delegate the obligation to import the goods on behalf of the consignee to a subcontractor.
  • Returned Packages: For returned packages that are not the fault of the sender, reshipment can be arranged at the expense of the customer. Refunds for returned packages not the fault of the sender will be issued in full, less the shipping costs incurred by the sender.
  • Tracking: If your order exceeds $75, we recommend considering a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we do our best to ensure the safe arrival of your items, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
